A Ṣadaqah Jāriyah that continues

Every student who learns to pray with certainty, to read the Qur’ān with reverence, or to answer a hard question about their faith carries that knowledge for life — and passes it on. When you support Youth Islamic Studies, you invest in a charity that keeps giving long after it’s given.

Built to last, open to all

Knowledge is the gift that compounds.

We work hard to keep our programs accessible, so that cost is never the reason a sincere student cannot seek sacred knowledge. That commitment is only possible because of those who give. Your support does two things at once: it keeps our fees low for every family, and it allows us to welcome students who could not otherwise afford to enrol. In a tradition that teaches that the reward of teaching knowledge continues to flow to those who made it possible, your contribution is among the most lasting forms of charity there is.

When a person dies, his deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him. — (Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, 1431)

Ways to give

Choose how you’d like to help.

Sponsor a student.

Cover the tuition of a student who cannot afford to enrol, in full or in part. You give someone the chance to seek knowledge they’d otherwise be denied — one of the most direct forms of Ṣadaqah Jāriyah.

Sponsor a program.

Support the running of an entire program — helping us keep fees low for every student enrolled and grow what we’re able to offer.

Give as you’re able.

Any amount helps. Every contribution goes directly toward keeping sacred knowledge within reach of those who seek it.

How to contribute

Making a contribution

To give as you’re able, you can send your contribution by Interac e-Transfer to: info@youthislamicstudies.com. Please include a note with how you’d like your contribution used.

For larger contributions, to set up recurring support, or to discuss sponsoring a specific student or program, please reach out — we’d be glad to speak with you.

Muslim-owned businesses and professionals looking to give back can support Youth Islamic Studies as sponsors — and be recognized for it. Sponsorship can help give your business meaningful visibility within a growing, engaged community of families, students, and professionals across Durham Region and the wider GTA.

Be part of something lasting.

Whether you give once or regularly, sponsor a student or simply give as you’re able, you become part of every lesson learned and every student who grows in confidence and faith. Jazākum-Allāhu Khaira.
