Youth Islamic Studies (YIS)
In a world full of noise, this is a place to rediscover clarity, purpose, and faith. The Youth Islamic Studies program is a part-time course designed for high school and university students, and for professionals seeking a deeper connection with their dīn. Evening and weekend classes are built to fit around work and school, offering authentic Islamic education rooted in classical scholarship while remaining relevant to modern life.
Why join
Designed for students and professionals, with evening and weekend classes that fit your schedule. The learning is authentic and rooted in classical scholarship. Classes are discussion and lecture-based. You'll grow in knowledge, build firm foundations, and find purpose.
The curriculum
Six core subjects, studied every year and deepening as you progress:
Qur'ān — Tafsīr: Explore the timeless themes of the Qur'ān and how they shape our lives.
Fiqh: Understand the rulings of worship and daily life, and how to apply them.
ʿAqīdah: Strengthen your belief with clear, grounded theology.
Islamic History: Draw lessons from the past to shape a better future.
Islamic Apologetics: Respond to atheism, secularism, and modern ideologies with clarity and confidence.
Ḥadīth: Study the words of the Prophet ﷺ, their meaning, and their application.
